If you do that, the 'Coggan' metrics will use FTP and not CP to calculate. In GC we compute TSS and BikeScore using your 'CP' value, but from v3.3 you can maintain separate values for CP and FTP in the athlete power zones settings. And if so, do you then want to force any metrics/display to use FTP over CP? I've just been setting my athlete CP to my FTP since CP is what is used for the power zones, but from what I've read CP is technically different from FTP. I gave it a quick skim/search just now, and it didn't answer something I've found confusing in Golden Cheetah - how do I get it to display TSS in my activity metrics? I think the TriScore is basically TSS (It's "BikeScore", and I don't run/swim so no RunScore/SwimScore included), but I've seen other people have TSS and TSS per Hour in their metrics, and that is what I want.īut it doesn't seem to work.
